 Endorsement cohort\, you must attend an Office Hour and have your best-fit
  category confirmed by FAIMH. Office Hours are held monthly. Find the next
  Office Hours and RSVP on our online calendar. Once FAIMH has confirmed 
 you are eligible to apply\, we will email you the link to register for the
  cohort and complete payment. Be sure that the email you have an active
