  an Endorsement cohort\, you must attend an Office Hour and have your 
 best-fit category confirmed by FAIMH. Office Hours are held monthly. Find 
 the next Office Hours and RSVP on our online calendar. Once FAIMH has 
 confirmed you are eligible to apply\, we will email you the link to 
 register for the cohort and complete payment. Be sure that the email you 
 have an active membership with is the best email to reach you. Haven't
