Event Details
Providing infant and early childhood mental health (IECMH) services is deeply meaningful—and deeply demanding—whether you work directly with parents and babies, or you are a supervisor or leader of teams. This year’s panel focused on reflective supervision/consultation (RSC) brings together three interconnected voices across relationships: a Reflective Consultant, a Reflective Supervisor, and a Reflective Supervisee, featuring Heidy Garcia, LMHC, IMH-E®, Laura Girlando, LMHC, IMH-E®, and Charlotte Diaz, IMH-E®. Together, they will illustrate the power of parallel process—how reflection, support, and relational capacity flow across roles. Through honest conversation, panelists will share experiences with burnout, boundaries, and renewal, offering insight into how RSC helps professionals stay grounded, connected, and well.
