DESCRIPTION: presents... Introduction to Reflective Supervision and 
 Consultation This 1-hour training is intended for anyone who is interested
  in learning about the basics of reflective supervision/consultation (RSC)
  for professionals who work in the infant and early childhood field. This 
 session will provide an overview of reflective supervision/consultation\, 
 including the core components\, the benefits to professionals\, and the 
 development of reflective supervisory relationships. Instructor: Cindy 
 Brown\, LCSW\, MPH\, IMH-E&reg\; Cindy is Florida Association for Infant 
 Mental Health (FAIMH)&rsquo\;s Endorsement Coordinator. She is responsible
  for the oversight of FAIMH&rsquo\;s Infant Mental Health Endorsement 
 infrastructure. She supports professionals working with and on behalf of 
 infants 0-5 and their families by promoting the evidenced-based and best 
 practice infant mental health. Location: Zoom Open to: all FAIMH Members 
 and Non-Members Time: July 13th at 12:00 PM EST Registration: Free 
 Endorsement: This training may meet IMH Competencies that support your 
 preparation to earn the Florida Infant Mental Health Endorsement. 
 Certificate: Upon successful completion of the training\, a certificate of
  completion will be earned. A certificate will only be provided to those 
 who attended the full training session (1 hour). Technology Requirements: 
 To ensure the best possible experience for all participants\, the program 
 relies on online video conferencing\, which has minimum requirements to 
 work properly. You will need a desktop or laptop computer with speakers\, 
 microphone\, and webcam\, and a high-speed internet connection. Laptops 
 work best because they come with all the necessary equipment and can 
 easily be moved from room to room in your home or office to find a quiet
