An external event by the International Loving Touch Foundation
The International Loving Touch Foundation invites you to further your knowledge & education by becoming a Certified Infant Massage Instructor CIMI® (EI/Early Intervention, SCN/Special Care Nursery). Participants will be certified to teach parents how to massage their newborns and children (zero to three). The training is presented through lecture, audio-visuals aids, discussion, and hands-on participation with dolls through a demonstration lab with parents & their newborns.
Who: The CIMI® 2-day evidence-based program is designed for Nurses, Massage Therapists, Early Intervention Specialists, Occupational and Physical Therapists, Developmental Specialists, Childbirth Educators, Child Life Specialists, Social Workers, Home Visitors and other interested healthcare professionals who work with families of young children.
