    1. We see that your current site uses Wix. Would you like to stay with Wix OR move to a different CMS (i.e. WordPress CMS)?
Response: Wix has worked well for us but we are open to switching to a different CMS. It would be helpful to know the cost impact to switching. What are the benefits and drawbacks to staying with Wix vs. going with another CMS, both in the short term and long term?

    2. How much content (approximately how many pages) will need to be migrated to the new website?
Response: Most (estimate 70%). However, we are very interested in figuring out how to better organize the information so that it is not so text heavy and detailed. Perhaps having lots of landing pages where people can click through if they actually want a lot of detail, but keeping the front main pages very simple and straightforward? We are not sure the best way to do this, this is where the vendor's expertise will come in.

    3. How is SilkStart integrated into the current site - Is this a separate SilkStart website under a subdomain (i.e. members.faimh.org) or integrated within the main site?
Response: SilkStart pages are integrated as the subdomain members.faimh.org and our Wix site points to those specific pages for Directory, Membership, Events, Articles and Job Board.

    4. Besides SilkStart, are there any other 3rd party platforms/services that need to be integrated into the new website?
Response: We currently have a shop set up with Printify but would like to switch to using Bonfire. That is not an immediate need, but would like to build the website with that in mind.

    5. Do you have a brand guide (i.e. logo, colors, typography, etc.) or branding has to be developed for the website?
Response: We do not have a formal brand guide. We would like to update some of the branding (keep our primary teal blue logo color but update the color pallette to be more modern and current, change the fontography, etc.). Logo will stay the same.

    6. How many staff will work with the website, and how many need to be trained? Are they already familiar or what level of familiarity with WordPress CMS (or with Wix if staying with Wix)?
Response: 4 staff will be trained. Regarding what we have now in Wix, 1 (CEO) is very familiar, 1 is somewhat familiar, and 2 have not been involved in web maintenance yet. None know other CMS.

    7. What duration of post-launch support is FAIMH expecting ideally?
Response: Availability to support when questions come up at least through the calendar year would be most helpful.

    8. Are you open to working with a Canadian-based agency? We regularly collaborate with U.S.-based nonprofits and are well-versed in remote project delivery.
Response: Yes, we would consider it. However, Florida-based companies are preferred.
